Thanks, I enjoyed it as well! A shame I couldn't come to one of the concerts (the one in Eindhoven on Monday was full and the one in Amsterdam on Tuesday wasn't possible for me), but this worked out too. A funny moment was when Theodore already finished his desert and the employees at the restaurant just seemed to forget that and started giving him a new one.

I understood you will be seeing other monarchists in Austria and possibly in Germany, so I look forward to hearing how that went.

Yesterday I met Austrian monarchists Alexander and Gertrud Simec in Vienna which was great. We went to the Hofburg imperial apartments and the crypt. I will write more about this and post pictures later.

Royalcello, you've chosen a good career to meet other monarchists around the world!   Must be fulfilling all around.   I can't wait to see the pictures.

All right, I promised pictures and here they come.  Here I am with BlueEmperor and Peter at Ye Olde Cheshire Cheese (rebuilt 1667) in London on Friday 8 March after lunch (I had Fish & Chips).

I also enjoyed spending time with NewElizabethan (including his first Evensong at Westminster Abbey) on Saturday 9 March, though no photo was taken (we'd had several in June 2012--see earlier in this thread). Some members may also be interested in this list of the religious services I attended. Peter was with me for Evensong at St Paul's on Friday and NewElizabethan was with me for both the Abbey Evensong and the London Oratory mass on Saturday.

With Austrian monarchist Alexander Simec (not a member of this forum, he said he barely has time for his own, but he has also corresponded with Royalistdefender) and his wife Gertrud of the Schwarz-Gelbe Allianz at the statue of Emperor Franz II/I at the Hofburg in Vienna on Saturday 16 March:

You can also see a picture of Alexander (front left) standing guard at the lying in state of Archduke Otto at the Capuchin church (which we visited together) in this Wikipedia photo here.

And finally, here I am with sollbruchstelle in Frankfurt on Monday 18 March in front of the Alte Oper (opened by Emperor Wilhelm I in 1880) where I subsequently performed, which concert he attended:

It was a remarkable trip. If you want to see the rest of my 200 pictures, find me on Facebook!

Nice! This will be a lovely reminder of our meeting. As I was afraid my eyes do look funny on both pictures, but no matter.

Taken last year before I left the citylife behind me out of disgust.

Royalcello, can you tell a bit more about your meetings in Germany and Austria? Any reactionary plans made to overthrow the governments in Berlin and Vienna? How if the Scwarz-Gelber Allianz doing anyway?
