Officially recognized letters now include:

A.A.S, A.S., A.A., B.A, and the newest M.Ed.

I've finished my Master of Education (teaching and learning).

Cool! Does that master of education mean you are allowed to teach in high schools? I'm currently doing an educational master at the Radboud University in the Netherlands, which means that I can teach in high schools (civics), but I'm not sure if it means the same thing in the US.

Thanks to all.

 

Master means I can teach up to and including College (The four year degree programs). 

The Bachelor's is sufficient for high-school.

 

I hope to teach kindergarten through 3rd grade students.

Thanks for the information, these things very much interest me. Was the master you did related to any specific subject to teach about? Or is it a master about teaching in general (and do you need additional qualifications for specific subjects)?

And also nice to see some pictures again!
