I just read an interesting article, okay not interesting, but diabolical.

According to this article:

http://www.lifesite.net/ldn/2006/may/06052502.html

The satanic U.N. has ruled that children have a “right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion".  That if a child objects to parental teaching, especially regarding religion they have a “legal right” to refuse it.  They also supposedly have the right to assemble, baring parents “from forbidding their child to associate with people deemed to be objectionable companions".  According to the article “‘the United Kingdom was deemed out of compliance’ with the Convention ‘because it allowed parents to remove their children from public school sex-education classes without consulting the child’”.

Is it just me or does this sound like the Bill of Rights/Rights of Man applied to children?   This is the “liberty” which mass democracy brings.

Insanity--but the logical outgrowth of the flawed principles underlying the UN and the modern state.

I fail to see how this is any business of the UN's. And if I had children, I wouldn't just pull them out of the sex-education classes, I'd pull them out of classes altogether. Even if I have to live on bread and water myself, there's no way any children of mine are going anywhere near a state school! I'm not subjecting my children to Labour's comprehensive education nightmare.

The U.N. and EU , among other things, are dangers to sovereignty.  I am currently homeschooling my children.

This is how I will raise my kids and the UN can get over it.

1) In the One, Holy, Catholic and apostolic faith, atteding the traditional Latin Mass, and recieving the sacraments in the traditional rite. If they leave the faith as an adult, that is their soul, but until they convert back, no financial help.

2) They will be punished physically (spanking) for what they do wrong.

3) They will only attend traditional Catholic schools, not public schools and not liberlised archdiocean schools. That means a good boarding school if possible, or a good private Catholic school. If not that, home school.

4) They will marry ONLY a Catholic of the oppisate gender and the boy will see me before seeing my daughter. If they choose to disobey, they are cut off from any financial help from me.

These are just some of the principles by which my kids shall be raised. The UN can get over it. I thought this was supposed to be about freedom! I guess not. Telling me how to raise my kids!

Im not a believer in utter choice but i do believe that a child should have a choice as to what it is exposed to, weather good or bad, and even though the U.N an E.U are indeed a danger to to soveriegnty, they got that right.

A child under the age of 18 should not have a choice, if he does not like the way his parents raise him he can deal with it until he has a good paying job and his own house.

I am King in my own House.
Any minor Prince or Princess unwilling to live by the Law or edit established and published by the King or the Queen will be compelled to do so.  Those who have reached their majority, and are unwilling to live by the established and published law are Exiled.

Or put another way:  My House my Rules, don't like it? Move out.

(PS, I moved out at 14, having established my self in a VERY modest five room house)

I have no clue what I will do when I have kids. Orthodox schools are hard to come by, I would most likely have them attend a Catholic school.

And you have a very mature perspective for someone of your age. Although I didn't think much of it when I was a teenager, I grew up being very familiar with the "Divine Right of Parents". At our house the answer was not just, "because I said so" but, "because I said so and God says I'm boss!" I didn't always like it at the time, but looking back I can't really say I got anything that I didn't deserve.

Great wisdom from such a young lady! But then Catholicism and monarchism do inculcate wisdom!
