Why can't they move as slowly on this nonsense as they do on stuff that actually matters......?????

Well, this whole thing with elected politicians(who have virtually no knowledge of history, tradition, or politics), puffing out their chests, and abolishing centuries of time-honoured tradition, makes my stomach turn. They have absolutely no idea how to run a country, and yet they want to change the succession laws of the monarchy they hate!

Another thing that bugs me, and is somewhat related to this, is the House of Lords Act 1999, and the establishment of the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom in 2009, but maybe I'm the only one this seems so troubling to.

Parliament Act of 1911 was the fatal wound.

The act of 1999 was just digging the grave.
