The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are visiting Canada. However, not everyone is happy because it seems the minority and historical grievance industry feel the need to air their grievances towards the Royal Family:

http://www.itv.com/news/2016-09-28/william-and-kate-snubbed-for-second-time-on-royal-visit/

It's the same old line pushed by the multicultural and indigenous industries everywhere, in Canada and Australia, and also the minority industry in Britain. For them, the monarchy is seen as representative of "colonialism" and "racism".

Fortunately, a sensible voice from a Canadian mayor who replied to some minority grievance with this:

This is the result of years of a policy that tends to trash our countries' British culture and heritage, not to mention institutions. Yet immigrants seem to want to reap all the benefits of our countries in the first place. My own family are immigrants, but this is not the case with us or with many European immigrants of the Cold War era.

SJWs can't make up their own mind whether to support their beloved indigenous causes, or whether they want to be outraged over what they make.

It doesn't matter what good royalty do for all sorts of people, the Left with its favoured anti-colonialist,
multicultural and indigenous causes will always hate them not for what they do but for who they are and what they represent. This is what we've seen in Canada with the latest race-baiting about colonial history.

Like this for instance:

I really, really am beginning to despise the words "social justice" just as I do "equality" and "diversity". And that's not good for many people when a fierce backlash is inevitable.

This reminds me of the people in certain South American countries who condemned aid given by Spain as "neo-colonialism", but then attacked the Spaniards for becoming more involved in the EU, and thus "neglecting" them.

I can't remember where I read that... perhaps on these forums.

But I mean, you just can't win with Leftists!

From one of the articles you shared:

" 'The current Crown approach of deny and delay cannot continue,' Grand Chief Ed John tells Prince William "

And I am thinking, okay, so what is it you want? The answer:

probably money!

But think for a moment.

How arrogant and self-serving do you have to be to say that to Prince William, to HIS FACE?!?!

The whole thing just wreaks some Marxian 'perceived grievance' to me...
