Fundementally ,Zoroastrianism is dualism. The other deities of that religion were added later as it became more popular , I think.

'Real Magic'?

Can't answer that without know what it means.

As to how we will see Him....

The Scripture tells us that we don't know how we will appear, and that we will be like Him, so I figure the answer to that one is 'We don't know'.  I John 3:2 "Beloved, we are God’s children now, and what we will be has not yet appeared; but we know that when he appears we shall be like him, because we shall see him as he is."

Not sure of the question you're really asking.

Not every creature was formed as it appears to day.

alex are you a monarchist? If not why are you here?

There's no rule against it, but when someone shows up and posts only in one off-topic thread, I'm suspicious.

Although I suppose that digging up threads that have been dead for years isn't a good thing to do, I have to say it was really interesting for me to read this one. What a weird discussions! Perhaps some of the discussions we have these days are just as weird and I just don't notice when I'm in it myself, but this one just seems really really odd.

I've had my fair share of watching horror films with demons in them, but this is one strange thread, and that talk of "Nobility in Hell" is creepy.

It is an odd topic of discussion, though reasonably interesting. However, in response to the OP's question- "Do you believe that as Monarchists we have to support them?"- to paraphrase Winston Churchill, if the revolutionaries spread to Hell, I would at least give a favourable reference to the Devil. Though I don't actually believe in Satan and demons anyway, so I guess it is a moot point...

Neither do I, but if it would exist I'm sure hell would be full of revolutionaries and communists! And if the devil is an emperor, it must be a pain for them to have to obey him, right?

The Devil or Satan is a rebel.  That's why hell was prepared for him, and those who joined in his rebellion.

He is no emperor, he is a would-be usurper.

Well... what can I say.  I am an unconfirmed(as of yet) Roman Cathlolic, so naturally I found this thread a little weird.

It made for a rather interesting, albeit strange morning/afternoon read.

True. Perhaps that's the Communists' eternal punishment- to spend eternity under the thumb of a monarch they can never overthrow, except with the grace of God.

If Satan is a self-professed Emperor and a usurper, does that mean he's a Bonapartist?

Laughter fills the room.

Probably not exactly, but they might be allies.
