For those asking, the nutcase religion person is one of the people I mentioned on this thread.

Not a crazy forum member, but one of our stranger threads we've ever had.

Also, Edward_Palamar deserves a mention on this thread simply b/c he claims to be a resurrected John the Baptist. The only case I can remember on this forum of somebody claiming to be a historical personality returned from the dead.

There is a another recently locked thread where the material was a bit 'odd.  I wish he'd not annoyed the sponsor......

The chat with the deranged was a bit of a safety-valve - I had another conversation ongoing with another monarchist (not here), where I was able to remain mostly calm - in part because the opposing position seemed so reasonable (with EP as the 'comparison point').

I've only seen this thread and all the links it gives right now. Some of them are truly hilarious, especially when Baron just argues with crazy people as he does with everyone else. Keep up the good work!

I suppose the bizarre Neil Welton and siredwardheath jiken deserve a mention here. I mean, that was just bizarre.

The odd weirdo here and there can be irritating but otherwise harmless. I am more worried about those who came on (and may still come on) forums like these to push an agenda.

Elizabelo, you're 100% correct. What's wrong with pushing an agenda? We are all pushing the agenda of monarchism here, and if people have other opinions as well that they want to voice there's nothing wrong with that.

Some would argue that it is 'nuts' to be a monarchist, I argue that it is 'nuts' NOT to be one any day of the week.
