I thought we should have a thread to commemorate all the crazy people who've a part of this forum in times past.

We all know and love wabooswami and LeBonapartist, but who here remembers emperor1009 from way back in 2007?

I sure do, he was, in fact, LeBonapartist before LeBonapartist. He was also 46 years old and already crazy.

Here's his last thread:

His posts on the forum:

http://royalcello.websitetoolbox.com/search?searchid=5530482&showas=post&userid=546624

They're a laugh riot as you can see. In future posts I will mention more of the past crazies, like bob, Optimus, and basileus. Please post your reminisces of these crazy fun people, or find out all about them for the first time. You'll have a good laugh on this thread I promise, that or a good head-scratching.

And of course all of us remember LeBonapartist's most hilarious thread.

The above was probably our craziest thread. A delusional nut named JosephBReyes starts yapping about Co-Redemptrixes, the Great Catholic Monarch, how he's gay, earthquakes in Africa, the Catholic Church proclaiming him a living saint, and his family getting a status similar to "the royal family of England".

I don't really think we've had much else like this guy, 'cept for Minilik and a couple of others.

Including, of course, 226tahEmpireKing, with probably the funniest introductory post ever:

Anyone remember WHEELER and Peter?

WHEELER was the crazy guy for whom everything in existence was a referance to the glories of the Spartans and military service and battle.

Peter, the guy who tried to report me as a terrorist because I asked if a monarchist could serve in the National Guard.

I remember Wheeler as something of a nutcase.
I don't remember Peter being one....(maybe that exchange got purged before I read it?)

I remember me well enough. I didn't "try" to report you as a terrorist. If I'd wanted to, I'd have done it. I also remember Wheeler. He was crazy alright, but there was a core of sanity and decency and I was sorry when he got himself banned, for persistent anti-Semitism I think it was. Not that I approve of that, far from it and the banning was inevitable, but still you could have a conversation with him sometimes. Unlike the loathsome Minilik and the current loony, with whom I have no intention of engaging.

Search for a thread called National Guard started by my first forum name (SupremeDirector), and read through it and you'll see Baron.

Wow,
Peter wasn't nuts - hasty perhaps but not nuts.

And I'll reply here that Trent wasn't ecumenical.
The Cannon of the New testament was firmly established before any Schisms, Trent merely confirmed the New and Legislated the Old Testament Canon for those in Communion with Rome.

I sort of liked WHEELER.   Of the users I've banned (who have not returned), he's the only one I ever miss.

I read the "National Guard" thread, and almost died laughing on pages 2 and 3. It did cover a serious issue I have contemplated myself though, so I suppose many of the responses were helpful.

Wheeler had a different understanding of nearly everything...
I like arguing with him.  But I like arguing......

This was one of our earliest downright bizarre threads. Contains a weird post or two by basileus, and some just plain esoteric nuttiness philosophy by crazy forum member bob.

Basileus' last thread. Really offensive, but so was Optimus.

It is a sane response to the bizzaro world that most people live in.

It isn't insane to say that this upside down world needs a right side up manifestation of good. It needs to confront the evil in the world and call for its' defeat. We need this call NOW.

I have been making this call for some years.
