As most regular members of this forum know, there have been consistent issues with our fellow Azadi. I don't think I have to point them out again.

This is why I think it most appropriate for us to decide his fate on the forum.

It is unfortunate that the forum software does not allow for the creation of polls. That's why I made on another website. I hope it works.

What tipped me over to thinking he should be banned is two things:

- constantly deleting or making significant edits to inflammatory posts after someone responded, after being corrected several times for it, thus making threads impossible to follow
- his ability to push enough buttons that someone will respond while everyone is trying to ignore him. I've made the attempt more than once. Maybe that's a personal failing, but here there we have it.

I don't think he is a complete troll, in the sense that he came here simply to troll. However, he has a confused and repetitive style of arguing and there are times he is almost certainly being deliberate in just repeating his nonsense to try to shout down opposition, as in the thread on his noble status. He literally said openly he had done that to me previously. I hesitate to say he should be outright banned, but sanctions need to be applied.

I'm not a traditionalist conservative. I'm a right-wing populist, who admires Putin. Right-wing populists usually support current monarchies, while not supporting restoration of monarchies. Vox (a Spanish right-wing populist party) supports the Spanish monarchy. Marine Le Pen is a republican. Matteo Salvini doesn't support restoration of the Italian monarchy. AfD doesn't support restoration of the German monarchy. I joined this forum, because I was banned from Sufficient Velocity. I was banned from Sufficient Velocity, because I supported European right-wing populism and because I supported banning non-Iranic immigration to Kurdistan. I joined this forum, because it doesn't ban Putinism, right-wing populism and ethnocentric Kurdish nationalism.
I sincerely support the current European monarchies and I sincerely support restoration of the Russian monarchy. I supported restoration of the Russian monarchy on Sufficient Velocity and I defended the Spanish monarchy on Sufficient Velocity.
I want Germany to remain a republic and I support the German Sozialstaat (welfare state), but I support banning Muslim immigration to Germany, I support banning gay adoption in Germany and I support banning transgender people changing their legal gender in Germany.

I'm a monarchist, who joined this forum to talk about monarchs and monarchies. I did not join this forum to discuss the personal preoccupations of a republican troll. I support banning said troll, since that is the only way anyone here will ever get to talk about anything but his trollish personal preoccupations again.

Heeding the judgement of members I respect, I have banned Azadi.

Thank you. His behaviour really was making life unbearable here, and this action was very much needed.

I have also banned "Geoffrey," because he is either insane or a troll.

Thanks again. I lean towards the former, but he didn't add anything except a bunch of crazed screed now and again either way.

Awww...
I enjoyed meditating on the words of the one we called Geoffrey
I think he was genuinely trying to tell us something
Now we may never know

NGL, a part of me will also miss Azadi, but towards the end, it really got out of hand.

Of course I wouldn't be surprised if he continues to have a look on the site to read comments, so I think we should endevour to not speak ill of the "dead"

It was something to do with someone called Rabbi Nachman, I think. Who that person might have been I will never know, due to entire lack of interest in enquiring. I have no intention of speaking further ill of the recently departed. I got very bored with doing that while he was here, some of which I admit was from genuine irritation but most was an effort to keep him in check. Since he now isn't here, there will be no need for any more of that.

Rabbe Nachman was an important figure in early Hasidism. I thought that is who Geoffrey was talking of, although he also talked of meeting him, I think.
