Well, has a fourth Arab republican dictator gone down? Saleh is supposed to quit by December 23rd, and his deputy al-Hadi will arrange early presidential elections by February 21st. Saleh will also gain immunity from prosecution, something that has angered protesters.

The entire Yemeni state as it is, has no legitimacy on account of being the product of the unification of two usurper states.
